For the past 25 years, the Red Oak team has poured its heart and soul into dramatically improving and transforming every one of our apartment buildings. We have transformed entire neighborhoods with our efforts. Owners Ronald Dupont and Mark Guilmain- along with the rest of the staff – take a hands-on approach, dedicated to providing residents with exceptional care and service.
In fact, we live here, too. That’s why we’re committed to bettering the community. We’re active in many local organizations, including the Manchester Chapter of the American Red Cross, The Manchester Salvation Army, the Diocese of Manchester and the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce, for starters.

A case in point: Red Oak’s Apartments on Second Street in Manchester. Take a look at the pictures below. They show the dramatic transformation of this area. Siding, landscaping, trees and fencing are the improvements on the exterior. The interior of each of these properties has also been dramatically changed. This area consists of 125 apartment homes on approximately 11 acres of land.
